Grund is free to use, with no account required. It's provided on an "as-is" basis, with no guarantee of uptime, availability, or that it will be free of errors. We do not guarantee the durability of any data you create in Grund. Because it's stored only in your own browser, it can be lost through no fault of ours (see Privacy Policy), and we accept no liability for that loss.
No warranty; limitation of liability

Your garden data is yours
Any layouts, plant lists, notes, or photos you create or upload in Grund belong to you. We claim no ownership or rights over them; see the Privacy Policy for how (little) we handle them.
